Must have excellent communication, customer service, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Prior pet care experience is required, with the ability to create a safe and positive environment for clients’ pets
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow company and client-provided care instructions
A commitment to providing first-class customer service
Must have previous customer service experience and be proficient in spoken and written English
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Must have a smartphone with a data plan for communication via messaging and photos
Be prepared to work in conditions that may involve exposure to solvents, disinfectants, animal dander, saliva, urine, feces, teeth, and claws
Must be comfortable with tasks such as overnight care, drop-in visits, walks, special event care, and other services during weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Must enjoy an active work environment, including walking outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, kneeling, and walking stairs
Must be capable of handling animals of all sizes and lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliable, insured transportation is required for travel to office location, client homes, or key locations as needed

Must be 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check
