About The Founder
Wendy Roman is a lifelong dog lover and pet parent of over 20 years. After working with her degrees in business and nursing, she decided to follow one of her greatest passions of enriching the lives of canines when she founded Cypress Coast Canine Care in January 2024.
Wendy believes that canines have consciousness and a whole lot of soul.
Guided by that philosophy, we take the time to understand your pup’s personality, preferences and daily routines to create the best experience for them while in our care.

Our team-based approach ensures consistent, dependable care from dedicated pet care professionals. Each team member undergoes a thorough background check, is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross, and is trained on our comprehensive standards for pet handling and safety.
We understand that your pet is a cherished member of your family. Whether in the comfort of your home or during life's most special occasions, we’re committed to providing exceptional, attentive care.
Areas we serve:
We are based in beautiful Monterey, California, and primarily serve the surrounding areas including: Monterey, Carmel, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach.
Limited service is available in Seaside, Marina, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands and Big Sur, with additional travel fees based on location and travel time.
We are fully bonded and insured by Pet Sitters Associates LLC.
