New Client Consultation

During this visit, we will assess each pet and ensure our approach aligns with their needs and our standards of exceptional care. Consultations last up to 30 minutes. Acceptance is confirmed after our review, and we may decline care if we feel another arrangement would better suit your pet.

To reserve your appointment, a $45 non-refundable new client consultation fee is required, reflecting the dedicated staff time, travel, and preparation involved.
